Energy scenarios & policy

The energy world is subject to rapid changes and the energy transition is today’s reality. Producers, consumers and policy makers often receive a complex impression of the energy transition due to the large number of objectives, initiatives, projects and developments imposed on them.

In order to respond effectively to these changes-, to make policy choices and to give direction to new initiatives, it is valuable to draw up scenarios that offer a perspective on which choices lead to which results. Energy Watch is experienced in drawing up realistic scenarios that show clearly distinguisable results. The scenarios are based on proven technologies and current trends and (technical) developments are taken into account.

The scenarios are evaluated on basis of criteria such as:
  • Durability
  • Costs and economic feasibility
  • Organizability
  • Human perception (eg comfort)
